Mezzanine Floors

Mezzanine floors allow you to utilise the height of the building to create extra storage area, office or workspace, they allow you to expand upwards rather than outwards, it is a much cheaper alternative to moving to larger premises. We Design, Manufacture and Install our own mezzanine floors, as an individual project or as part of a storage project. Our mezzanine floors can be designed to fit into most locations and with the columns to meet specific positions ie. within walls of partitioning etc. The decking is generally 38 mm flooring grade particle board (available with a variety of surface finishes) but other types such as steel chequer plate can be supplied All our mezzanine floors are designed to meet current Building Regulations and adhere to SEMA approved guidelines. Staircases are designed to BS 5395 and Building Regulations Part K for normal use or Part M for Access For All use (ambulant staircase). Handrail is also designed to Building Regulations Part K and comes complete with kick board. Palletised loads can be loaded on to the mezzanine through a Safety Up & Over Loadgate We can make the Building control application on your behalf A detailed Site Survey is carried out for each mezzanine Drawings & Structural Calculations are provided All mezzanines are manufactured in house Installation by our own team to suit your schedule

All our mezzanines use an inset design for the secondary beams which reduces the depth of the floor and improves stability.
